A magical, swirling sky dances over the Bay of Fundy between Grand Manan Island, Canada and Green Point, West Quoddy State Park, Lubec, ME. The expansive sky seen from Green Point is often graced with the most amazing cloud structure and colors depending on weather events and time of day. In this painting Sail Rock is seen to the left and Grand Manan Island to the right. A thin veil of fog blankets the horizon with a warm strip of color resting just above. Late day light shines on the grasses in the foreground.
